1. Acceptance
By accessing or using breakevenmath.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by InfoHub Digital LLC.
2. Educational purpose
The Site provides calculators, articles, and related content for general informational and educational purposes only. The Site does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or insurance advice. See the Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms.
3. No reliance
You acknowledge that calculator outputs are estimates based on your inputs and the assumptions stated on each page, that they may be incomplete or out of date, and that you are solely responsible for any decision you make. You agree to consult a qualified professional before acting on any matter the Site touches on.
4. Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may link to any page. You may not: copy, scrape, or republish the calculators’ code or substantial portions of the content without written permission; use automated means to access the Site in a way that burdens it; attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or with advertising served on it; or present the Site’s outputs as advice to third parties for compensation.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s text, graphics, calculator logic, and design are owned by InfoHub Digital LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party libraries are used under their respective licenses. Trademarks and product names mentioned belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
6. Third-party links and advertising
The Site links to external sources and displays advertisements served by third parties. InfoHub Digital LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices. An advertisement is not an endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. INFOHUB DIGITAL LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFOHUB DIGITAL LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, SAVINGS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions liability is limited to the extent permitted.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
